Pool Update August 2026

Pool Update:
Dear Homeowners,

All funds have been received from all sub-boards (thank you).

In mid August, the plans were finalized with the architectural firm and pool construction contractor and have been submitted to the city for final permitting.

Pending permit approval and the close of the pool season, the contractor will begin construction.

We continue to target opening Memorial Day 2027 and will share with the community if we see any indication that this is not feasible.

Annually, each Property Owners Association elects a Board of Directors from its membership.

ARC COMMITTEES

Architectural Review Committees assist Property Owners regarding the guidelines for each neighborhood.

COVENANTS

The look and feel of Beverly Crest follows the Covenants  and Restrictions of each neighborhood.

COMMON AREAS

Sidewalks, Swimming Pool, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, Parking Lot, Wooded Areas & Lakes.
