Our 5500 square foot clubhouse includes:
- Full kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, range, second oven, and two microwaves.
- Three sitting areas with all new upholstery and occasional tables.
- 55-inch flat screen TV with BluRay player.
- Seating at kitchen bar, as well as at three dining tables (seats 20).
- Four additional folding tables (6-foot) and thirty folding chairs.
- High Speed WiFi.
- Large floor-to-ceiling windows.
- Large deck area.
The Clubhouse is available only to Beverly Crest residents in good standing. Renting of the clubhouse does not include use of the pool. Please see the rental agreement and clubhouse cleanup for more details.
